Cancellation
A full refund will be given if we are notified of a cancellation for a course at least three working days before the start date, otherwise a half price cancellation fee of £27.25 applies.
No cancellation fee will be charged for a One to One session where we are given 24 hours notice, otherwise a half price cancellation fee applies.
