Teacher Training
Our teachers are members of the Body Control Pilates Association and must undertake continuous professional development courses to retain membership. Such training not only enables us to continuously improve our teaching methods and techniques but also to offer a wide range of specialist Pilates such as rehabilitation from injury, Pregnancy, Reformer, Cadillac and other small equipment. A number of our teachers are currently undergoing further rigorous training in Back Care, which will ensure that they rank on the Register of Exercise Professionals at Level Four - the highest level possible, (we are currently at Level Three). Lynne is also a member of the BCPA teacher training team responsible for delivering the high calibre courses for which Body Control are renowned. Our teachers find the experience of sharing knowledge, ideas and expertise with other skilled teachers around the country invaluable and we hope this reflects in the quality of our teaching.
